Baby Lee's Engineering Daddy has been enjoying putting all the baby gear together.
Does Tucker look ready to "SHARE" his backseat in the car yet?
Todd was in Houston when our shipment arrived. I couldn't wait to put the swing together. Now I can't wait to put our baby in the swing!
This one was a little complicated with the changing table!

At the Park
After painting the nursery - we decided to head out for some fresh air and a stroll with Tucker through his favorite new park! It was a beautiful afternoon and there are so many pine trees in the woods that it smells like Christmas (I think that's got to be one my favorite smells of all - well, at least until our baby arrives)!
Tucker did not cooperate with the pictures - there were way too many things for him to smell - he didn't want to be bothered with stopping for pictures!
I will post pictures of the nursery once I add the finishing touches - I want everything just right for the BIG REVEAL. But Todd did an amazing job with the painting (you'll soon see).

24 week OB check-up
Baby Lee is doing great!!! "Just perfect" from what Dr. LeBlanc said at our appointment this morning. The baby's heart rate was between 150-160 ... and
Dr. LeBlanc said she doesn't necessarily believe the old wives tale that a high heart rate is a girl and lower heart rate is a boy.
For those of you that can't wait to know whether Baby Lee is a boy or girl - we've got less than 4 more months to go! Guess we'll just have to wait and see! We'll all know soon enough! Gotta love surprises.
My blood pressure was fine 116/80 and I put on 5 more pounds (ughh!) but I did buy a bunch of really cute maternity clothes yesterday!

Keeping Richard Busy...
Richard thought he'd keep himself busy by breaking down our boxes from the move. He also thought he'd try to salvage the boxing paper - but after straightening out several sheets...he decided he'd rather just stick to just the boxes!
I'm not sure Todd was much help! Notice the boxing paper that did get flattened out!
As you can see...it was quite a chore (almost as much work as unpacking all those boxes and putting things away)! The movers came on Monday, October 15 to take away the boxes we decided not to keep.
Thanks Richard!!! We really appreciate your hard work and are thrilled that we can now get our cars into the garage before the snow comes!

Canadian Lobster Dinner

Our 1st House Guests
Todd's parents arrived on Wednesday, October 10th after spending 7 LONG hours in the Newark Airport. And if that wasn't bad enough they also brought rainy and chilly weather with them during their visit. Oh well!
We had a great time starting to work on the baby's nursery, finishing up some projects around the house, a lobster dinner, and explored dowtown Halifax, Nova Scotia! We're looking forward to their next visit - which will probably be when Baby Lee is born...just a few more months away.

Our 1st Canadian Thanksgiving
Giving Thanks ... a little early!
We have so much to be thankful for this year!
Even though it was a holiday here, Todd and some of his employees had to work today because they are on a US Holiday schedule.
We decided to celebrate Canadian Thanksgiving Dinner with a Whole Roast Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Stuffing, Gravy, and Salad. YUMMY!!!! **Notice Tucker checking out the table!!!
Of course Tucker got to celebrate too!
