While she's not singing in the rain yet...she's definitely sitting in it!
A few weeks ago, when it wasn't sweltering hot, Todd and I were busy cleaning up our garage. Since it hasn't rained much at all the summer, Gracie had a blast sitting in the gutter scooping up rain water and putting it into her buckets.

You are a better mommy than me! My girls are always begging to play in the rain--it's been a very long time since I have actually let them.
Just think about all the toys she has and she is in heaven with rain falling on her, a soup ladle and dog bowls!---Haha.
