Gracie loves to help me cook and bake. She's actually a really good helper. This weekend I taught her how to gently crack eggs on the counter (I still spilt them in half) but she did a great job!
Well, Todd LOVES chocolate chip pumpkin muffins...so we've made him a couple batches so far this month. Gracie loves to add the ingredients and is always asking, "what's next?". I think her favorite part is eating the mini chocolate chips!!!
1 box spice cake mix
2 eggs
2/3 cup water
6 ounces chocolate chips (I prefer the mini ones)
Blend the 1st four ingredients, then blend in chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Top with cool whip prior to serving or eat them plain. Either way - they're quite tasty!
*I prefer to use a mini muffin tin for bite size muffins.

Yum! Thanks for sharing the recipe. I have another recipe for pumpkin muffins, but I can't find canned pumpkin anywhere!!!
I hope y'all are doing well :)
Yummy! Thanks for sharing the recipe. Just the thing to do on a rainy NB day ... xoxo
Yummy....I can't wait to make these! Counting down the days until Thanksgiving!
For the record, this makes an awesome loaf as well! You have to bake it a little longer (I think it was about 50 mins), but yum-my!!! : )
