Feeding Herself

This child LOVES spicy food (she is her Daddy's Girl).  Buffalo Chicken Dip is probably her favorite food of all!  I made it Saturday night for a dinner party and Gracie was thrilled to have it today for lunch.  She fed herself for the first time and is sporting a baby mullet.

Here Mommy, this is for you!
Thanks Baby!

Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe (thanks Liz)

2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts
2 - 8 oz. packages of softened cream cheese
1 cup mild or sharp shredded cheese (I add more than a cup)
½ cup blue cheese dressing
½ cup ranch dressing
4-6 oz. Frank’s Hot Sauce (add more/less to your taste preference)

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes and serve with Tostitos Scoops, regular Tostitos, or Fritos.  I’ve found that we like it more after it has cooled and firmed up a bit.  It is also great reheated. Serves 8-12 people.  Enjoy!
